Barwon Health has 19 chairs across four clinics located in Belmont, Newcomb, Corio and the Wathaurong Aboriginal Health Service. We also provide outreach services to play groups and pre- schoolers. We employ Dentists, Dental Therapists, Oral Health Therapists, Advanced Dental Prosthetists, Oral Surgery Registrar and Dental Assistants and reception/admin staff. The Place

Point Lonsdale is situated at the south-eastern end of the Bellarine Peninsula. Our major landmark is the lighthouse, built in 1902. It’s an excellent vantage point, as well as a popular spot for fishing.  A walking and cycling track extends from the foreshore and will take you to the neighbouring seaside town of Queenscliff. Colac Area Health


 

The Clinic

Colac Area Health Dental Clinic has around 6,100 clients and carries out 18,800 treatments a year. We were strong advocates for the 2009 introduction of fluoride into the public water system. The Clinic has five chairs and three of these operate through a contracted service with Barwon Health. Staff rotate between Barwon Health and Colac Area Health clinics. The Clinic

We have a two-chair Clinic overlooking Portland Bay, so our clients enjoy sea views from the waiting room. We provide services for all primary school children and for all other ages with concession.
